A loading bay is not simply any empty working platform. The intended materials, handling method and connection with the surrounding work need description. Its function should appear explicitly in the proposal when the project relies on that material-transfer provision.
Explain the packages arriving, their onward destination and other users requiring the same space. This allows the provider to assess the logistical requirement. A label on a sketch does not establish allowable loading or the method by which deliveries may be received.
